It’s All About the Learner
The learner’s experience means everything. Creating effective training starts with a clear understanding of learners—what they know, what they need to know, why they might resist learning, what barriers they may face, and how best to motivate them to learn.
By making training relevant, engaging, and when possible, even fun, meaningful learning happens.

This version was built in Canvas, and another version was built in McGraw-Hill’s proprietary tool, Connect.

The files in this presentation demonstrate some of the design documents I use as I design courses for specific learners in their unique contexts.
